I've posted my sample - have you received it?

How do I know if my swab has arrived?

When your swab arrives at our laboratory, it is scanned immediately.

You will receive:

• An automated confirmation email
• A status update in your portal account

If you used a tracked method to post your sample to our lab

Most tracked swabs arrive within 2 days.

You can check progress via:

• Royal Mail
• Your courier's tracking website

If you used untracked post / first class stamps

Untracked swabs can take up to two weeks depending on Royal Mail.

Our local sorting office is directly across the road from our laboratory, so once it reaches our area, we receive it within hours. Our daily post is typically delivered before 11am.

You will receive a cofirmation email as soon as your sample is scanned into the laboratory.
