How long do results take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the test ordered.

You can check:

• The product page for your test
• The guildeline turnaround time listed there
• Your portal account for how many business days (M-F) your sample has been with us.

When does turnaround begin?

Turnaround time begins from the date your sample is received at our laboratory.

You will have received an email confirming receipt of your sample at the laboratory. You can also log into your portal account to see the exact date and time your sample arrived.

Kindly note that our customer services representatives are unable to give further information about when results will be available for specific samples.

Please be aware that guideline turnaround times are a guideline not a guarantee. Please plan your breeding appropropriately as the turnaround time is often affected by the number of samples arriving at the laboratory at the same time as yours.
