Where is my swabbing kit?

We dispatch all orders within 1 business day, often the same day if placed before 3pm.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

If you chose tracked shipping

You will have received:

• An order fulfillment email
• Or a separate tracking email from our shop

This email contains your Royal Mail tracking number.

Tracked emails are dispatched within 1 business day (often same-day before 3pm).

Please check your email or spam/junk folders if you have not received your tracking number. You can then track delivery directly via the Royal Mail website.

If you chose free shipping

Free shipping order are also dispatched within 1 business day.

Delivery speed after dispatch depends on your local Royal Mail sorting office.

When should I be concerned?

If you chose free shipping and it has been more than two weeks since your order, then contact support with your order number and we will send a free replacement swabbing kit.
