Adding details to the sample on the portal later

If you didn’t include all the information when registering the sample, you can add or update the details up until your results are ready. Please note that results can sometimes be available in as little as 3-4 days, so make sure everything is correct before you send the sample back to us.

If certain details aren’t available yet (e.g. the puppy isn’t microchipped), we may be able to add these later. This cannot be done via the portal after the results have been reported. We may ask for proof that the microchip belongs to that animal. Make sure you enter as much information as you can at the time.
