I have ordered multiple tests and don’t know which swab is which test

DNA swabs sent by Pet Genetics Lab are not pre-assigned to specific tests or pets, but they are linked to your order so we know which tests you have ordered.

You can register the swab on the MyPGL website either before or after you take the sample — whichever you find easier. If you register first, make sure you label the swab sleeve with the pet’s name so you don’t mix them up before swabbing.

When registering, specify which pet each swab belongs to. If you have ordered multiple tests for different animals, please also label the swab sleeve with the test you would like carried out on that swab. This helps the lab assign the correct tests to each sample.
